Help small businesses stop retyping supplier invoices

Invoist reads supplier invoices so the people who run small businesses don't have to type them in. We're not hiring right now, but this is where roles will appear when we are.

What we hold ourselves to

Four principles behind everything in Invoist. If they sound like how you'd want to work, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Plain words over clever ones

Everything we write, in the app and on this site, should make sense to someone who has never heard of us.

  • A person decides what gets paid

Invoist reads and files invoices, but a person always decides what gets paid. We design every feature around that.

  • Customers' data stays theirs

Invoices hold bank details and prices. We don't use our customers' invoices to train AI, and our privacy policy says so plainly.

  • Small businesses first

We build for the owner doing the books at night, not for a finance department of fifty.
