Regular vendors still get the risky checks

Always held for you to check

  • Changed bank details
  • Unusual amounts
  • Likely duplicates
  • Any of your own rules: big amounts, new vendors, or missing PO numbers

Can go straight through, only if you let regular vendors skip the check

  • A field Invoist was unsure about
  • A blurry or hard-to-read scan
  • Line items that don't add up to the total

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. There are three: a total at or above a number you set, the first invoice from a new vendor, and invoices with no PO number. That is on purpose — each one is a clear policy, not a formula you have to debug.
