Folders

What you get

  • One place for invoices

Your team saves invoices to one shared folder, from a phone or a laptop, and Invoist reads them.

  • Read within minutes

Invoist checks the folder every couple of minutes and reads what's new.

  • Your folder stays as it is

Invoist only reads new PDFs, JPGs and PNGs. It doesn't move, rename or delete anything.

Good to know

Why Google asks to read your Drive
Google has no permission for a single folder, so its screen asks to let Invoist read your Drive. Invoist only opens the folder you choose.
Only new files
Invoist reads files saved after you choose the folder. Upload any older invoices in Invoist itself.
One folder at a time
Invoist watches one folder. You can switch to a different one at any time under Manage.
Disconnecting keeps your invoices
Invoices already picked up stay in Invoist. The folder just stops being watched.
